ADR team at KP&amp;Partners is led by an attorney, who is the arbitrator of American Arbitration Association (&#8220;AAA&#8221;)\/ International Centre for Dispute Resolution (&#8220;ICDR&#8221;), China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (&#8220;CIETAC&#8221;) and Korean Commercial Arbitration Board (&#8220;KCAB&#8221;), deals with commercial arbitration involving such as energy, construction and trade and doing research in various type of matters such as government laws and regulations on corporate business, industry trends, international dispute cases, diplomatic environment and so on.
